Not everyone can say they live in a mansion! These bright, second-floor suites each feature a private bath with walk-in shower, ample storage, and easy access to the sunny library with game and puzzle table just steps from your door. Prefer not to take the stairs? The convenient Elevette makes every floor accessible.
Mansion Suites rent includes: all utilities (except phone), groceries for breakfast and dinner, plus a chef-prepared noon meal.

Mansion Suites
- Three meals daily (noon meal chef-prepared)
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service
- Cable TV, Wi-Fi, and all utilities included
- Laundry service available
- Private bathroom with walk-in shower and individual heat controls
- Suite sizes range from 300–585 sq. ft.
Cottages
- Furnished with stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer hookups
- Housekeeping twice a month
- Daily chef-prepared noon meal
- Central air conditioning; most have covered carports
- Utilities paid by resident: electricity, gas, internet/cable
- Eight unique units ranging from 760–2,400 sq. ft.
